Figure Drawing, Class 1

I started a new class at the Drawing Studio, this week, Figure Drawing. We did a number of poses. This, however, was the only one that I think produced anything interesting -- a 20 minute pose. Here it is:

David Larsen is an artist who lives in Tucson, Arizona. Thirty years ago, he attended a private art school. There, as a young man, he studied drawing and painting, with the idea of doing illustration for a living. Unfortunately, when he decided to pursue his passion as a career, the magic disappeared. As a result, he gave it up.

Twenty years later, after making his career elsewhere, he found his way again.
